DSP Garments: After you have got a quotation we have to go into details. Use this form for details. And you need to fill it in one time for each style. You should also E-mail us your relevent images. Also use this form when you want a complete and final Quotation from us (a quotation that do not change because we have not understood all aspects of your request) .

 

You must fill in this info ONE time for each design/style in your collection. If you have several styles etc. and if they to some extend use the same info (lets say you want to order two Garments with different prints but rest is same) then you fill in all info for the first garment and then fill in the style number/name under the INFO FROM OTHER STYLE heading when you fill the info for the second garment. You can this way reuse the same info and only fill in what’s differs from the first one. You must always give your Name, Company and E-mail info.

 

You should also fill in the Product Delivery Form.  By filling this form you have not placed an order. Its when you make the down payment the order is placed. Delivery time is calculated from date of down payment.

 

Important info: We are responsible for the production. But you are 100% responsible for placing the order. Delivery method (Air Cargo is treated as default option). 

Shipping time indications: Courier 1-4 working days. Post Parcel 5 to 20 days. Air Cargo 3-5 days. Surface Cargo (by ship) 4-6 weeks for Europe/Australia and 6-8 weeks for Americas. This time starts AFTER the production is ready.

If you make any changes AFTER we have started making samples, patterns and the production and if this will cost us anything extra then you will have to pay for the same. So make sure your info is right from start. As an example a new pattern cost GBP 10.
